Shannon joined Vantage Foods at our Innisfail, Alberta facility in 1997 and has been instrumental in meeting our customers' requirements ever since. She transferred to Winnipeg in 2001 to help start-up that facility for Vantage and our cornerstone customer in Winnipeg - Canada Safeway.

A native Winnipeger, Shannon is a key member of our management team, having worked in a variety of customer facing, sales, and production management roles with the company and within the industry over the past 15 years..

Shannon has a BSc. in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba, and has completed the agri-business Executive Development Program at the George Morris Centre (University of Guelph)..
