A well-established Human Resource Generalist, Paul has worked in a Senior Human Resource role with Tyson (Lakeside Packers, Brooks, Alberta), Maple Leaf (Brandon, Manitoba), and Domtar (Northern Ontario). His extensive experience in the fresh meat industry and international recruiting, Canadian and US labour relations, pension/benefits, payroll, training, and workers' compensation brings to Vantage an entrepreneurial aptitude to solving business issues in financial and corporate sector environments.

An advocate of Kaizen and Six Sigma, Paul demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for continuous improvement which falls right into the base of Vantage's Core Values. Originally from Toronto, Paul achieved his Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.
