Opened June 2007, the Lenoir service center is located in Caldwell County (about 70 miles northwest of Charlotte in North Carolina). Resourced with best-in-class technology and equipment, the service center supplies a full case-ready fresh meats program to 109 Lowes Foods (Alex Lee, Inc.) retail stores in North/South Carolina and Virginia and 25 Martin’s Food Stores (a division of AHold USA).

A USDA inspected facility, Vantage Foods’ flagship US Customer Service Center:

• Employs 200 (locally recruited) staff
• Adheres to and exceeds food safety protocols mandated in a USDA HACCP certified facility
• Operates a fully equipped on-site food science laboratory
• Houses sophisticated cold chain managed shipping and distribution infrastructure

A major expansion to this service centre is currently underway and will be completed in 2011.
