This expanded service centre:

• Processes over 140 different fresh meat products (lamb, veal, pork, beef, ground beef, and sausage)
• Cuts, weighs, trays, and prices all products on an individual basis
• Fills over 300,000 meat trays a week
• Delivers over 20,000 totes in a typical week
• Operates up to 16 hours a day, 5 days a week
• Employs over 150 dedicated Vantage team members
