With over 24 years in the fresh meats business, Wayne has been involved in meat plant operations in virtually every capacity - from the production floor to the boardroom.
As General Manager, Wayne manages Vantage Foods' Winnipeg Service Centre and in this capacity oversees all Service Centre functions and manages a strong, interactive relationship with customers.
In addition, Wayne directs Vantage's Service Centre Training and Development program (completed by all Vantage Service Centre Management personnel at the Winnipeg Service Centre). The program ensures all Vantage employees are trained to embrace corporate best practises in Vantage Service Centre operations and management.
A strong team player and respected leader, Wayne spearheads a Continuous Improvement culture in both the Winnipeg Service Centre and in Vantage's training and development initiatives. Wayne is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a major in economics.
