The cornerstone of our business and our customers’ success is safety – in the food we process and the workplaces we operate within. Vantage Service Centres are all HACCP and government approved (in accordance with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the United States Department of Agriculture) and follow rigorous food safety and testing protocols.

Vantage is a key participant in North American industry organizations that champion food safety and drive increasingly stringent levels of food safety standards.

The integrity of the products we ship to our customers is paramount, and multiple control processes are in place to ensure exceptional quality at every step from raw product intake to processing, shipping, and in-store placement. These processes are supported by highly trained staff, state-of-the-art software, and fully equipped food laboratories in each Customer Service Centre.

Ensuring the safety of our employees is equally as important. All staff are fully-trained on an ongoing basis in workplace safety processes and procedures. A strong team environment within our Service Centres triggers a collective commitment to communication and workplace integrity.
