Divisions

Vantage Foods Inc. has two divisions that operate under one corporate umbrella.

CANADA

Vantage operates a nation-wide CANADIAN division, including three operating service centres and our corporate head office:

• Our Chilliwack, British Columbia service centre supplies 160 retail outlets with a full case-ready fresh meats program for the Overwaitea Food Group (OWFG)
• Our Winnipeg, Manitoba service centre supplies a full case-ready fresh meats program for 57 Canada Safeway stores in central Canada and The North West Company. Our Winnipeg service centre is the Vantage flagship training and employment development hub
• Our newest service centre will open November 2011 in Belleville, Ontario. This brand new facility will supply a full case-ready fresh meats program to 115 Food Basics stores for Metro, a major food retail leader in Ontario and Quebec

The Vantage corporate head office is located in Calgary, Alberta. The CEO, along with corporate finance, business development, and HR leadership, operates from this location.

UNITED STATES

Vantage Foods LP is a U.S.-based and directed entity, with a service center in Lenoir, North Carolina which provides a full case-ready fresh meats program for:

• 109 Lowes Food Stores (Alex Lee, Inc.)
• 25 Martin’s Food Markets (Ahold USA)

Both Vantage Divisions are in active growth mode and strategically expanding.
