Safeway Inc. is one of the largest food and drug retailers in North America, operating over 1,702 stores across the United States, Mexico, and Western Canada. Canada Safeway Limited is one of ten divisions within the parent company, overseeing operations of 215 retail outlets across Western Canada. Vantage provides a complete range of fresh, case-ready, red meat products (including ground beef and sausage) for 56 Canada Safeway stores in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and northern Ontario.

Metro Inc.

Metro is a well-established Canadian leader in the food and pharmaceutical sectors with 55 years of exceptional performance history. Concentrated in Quebec and Ontario, the company operates a network of 600 supermarkets mainly under the Metro, Metro Plus, Super C, and Food Basics banners. In November 2011, Vantage will supply 115 of Metro’s Food Basics stores with a full case-ready fresh meats program from a new dedicated service centre in Belleville, Ontario.

The North West Company

The North West Company (NWC or North West) is a unique retailer supplying underserved rural communities in remote areas like northern Canada and in urban neighbourhoods. In business for more than 340 years, NWC has differentiated itself with a proven capacity to manage challenging distribution logistics and varying product mix for difficult to reach locations. Our Winnipeg service centre currently services 30 North West retail stores with a custom case-ready program.

Overwaitea Food Group (OWFG)

Owned by the Jim Pattison Group, the innovative Overwaitea Foods Group (OWFG) operates multiple food retail outlets under several corporate banners including: Save-On Foods, Overwaitea Foods, PriceSmart Foods, Cooper’s Foods, Urban Fare, and Bulkley Valley Wholesale. Represented in over 65 communities throughout Alberta and British Columbia, OWFG is well-recognized in the Canadian market as a very progressive, community-driven retailer with a strong and loyal employee base. Vantage supplies a full range of case-ready fresh red meats to 160 retail food stores from our service centre in Chilliwack, British Columbia.

Alex Lee, Inc. (Lowe’s Food Stores)

Alex Lee is the holding company for four southeastern food/warehousing companies including: Merchants Distributors, Inc. (MDI), a wholesale food and merchandise distributor; Lowe's Food Stores, Inc.; Institution Food House Inc. (IFH); and Consolidation Services, a public warehousing company.  In June 2007, Vantage opened a dedicated service center in Lenoir, North Carolina to supply 109 Lowes Food Stores with a full case-ready fresh meat program.

Martin’s Food Markets (Giant-Carlisle Division of Ahold USA, Ahold International)

A member of the Giant-Carlisle Division of Ahold USA (a division of the international Ahold group of food retailers based in The Netherlands), Martin’s Food Markets is a leading supermarket chain in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. In 2010, Martin's converted 25 former Ukrop’s stores to the Martin’s banner, resulting in added market reach in its customer base. The Vantage Lenoir service center supplies 25 Martin’s stores with a custom case-ready fresh meats program.
